If you phone me, and I don't answer by the (4) forth ring do one of (2) things: Hang up before voice mail turns on, and call back later, or wait for beep and leave me a message. I will phone you back just as soon as I receive your message. I wear all the hat's, and it's tough to be in all places at once :)

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. If you need to return something please phone for return information. If need to return a item, please include a letter with detailed instructions. Send your return to: Surfscanner Detector's 24 River Hill Road East Falmouth, MA 02536-4037. Please include your phone number. For out of warranty items that need repairs, please call first.

Some of units we sell have a Lifetime Warranty by the Manufacture, and would need to be sent to them for repairs.
